Brilliant experience with Call a Skip! Really friendly lady on the phone who was happy to answer all my silly questions (never had a skip before so a lot of questions!). She was professional yet open and friendly. The skip was delivered promptly and again by a lovely lady. We had more junk than we thought and needed another skip - in all, we had 2 skips delivered and removed in less than a week. I would 100% use this company again and highly recommend them to anybody. Had a midi skip delivered to my nans. Got it loaded same day & had it collect a couple days later. Friendly staff & great service.

Really good service. We called and were advised they'd deliver in two days, they actually got to us early and the same on the collection. Nice people. Friendly staff. We'd definitely use again, judging from the amount of stuff to go we will need to. The skip was in good repair too, unlike the one we got from another company which spilled out all over the floor as the door wouldn't secure.Great experience, Thanks :)

Wish I could give zero stars…We had to take legal actions due to : The driver who delivered the skip, placed the skip too close to our driveway brick wall, when collected, they totally smashed the wall. We had footages and witness too however they informed us they not taking any responsibilities. We contacted them numerous times regarding compensation with no success, not even an apology and not to mention we had to wait 33 days for collection, not even communicated about reason of delay, we had to keep contacting them for collection. The most disgraceful service I have ever used and they advertising themselves the ???best skip hire company in West Midlands….what a joke…. the drivers are not competent and unable to carry out a risk assessment on delivery. Please not use them, as they not taking any responsibilities for any damage, do not waste your time and money, use companies which has liability insurances please!

I initially phoned Call A Skip for a quote; which turned out to be the best value. From speaking to the receptionist to the young man who delivered the skip was a positive experience. The skip was delivered on time, the young man was both professional and friendly and promised to call back the next morning to collect, he was true to his word and came back first thing. I'd strongly recommend this company to anyone wishing to hire a skip. Many thanks Call A Skip.

What shocking behavior by a driver who proceeded to be abusive towards myself, wife, children and other parents and children.The driver blocked the the pedestrian walk way with Call-A-Skip vehicle, I advised him west heath school is now exiting give it ten minutes you will have all the space and time you need!The drivers behavior was threatening, abusive and scared parents and children!The builders accepting the skip asked the driver to wait and advised that he was being unreasonable to them!I decided to call the office as driver was arkward to talk too and being unreasonable, operator lady on phone said where we located and the lady proceeded to state that the language is normal for west heath!Local skip company slating local communities!I would stay way clear of this business and there drivers!
