I ordered 24 bathroom mirrors initially and then another 4 on an urgent request. The company were great with pricing and communicating throughout. Customer service and manufacturing staff are very helpful and were able to make additional mirrors at short notice.They called the mobile number I gave prior to delivery and it was delivered with no issues. The mirrors are good quality. Will definitely be ordering more from Mirror fit in the future. Thanks for the mirrors!

Very helpful driver who helped lifting the 1.8m long mirror up 3 floors as well as worked extra time to deliver a delayed delivery. Answered a lot of my fitting questions. Thank you very much.The office was very unprofessional though, since I told them on the day they said the delivery would come but didn't they never answer my calls includes the following day. I asked them to give me 30mins notice which wasn't put down on the delivery note either. Very disappointed.

This was the only place in UK able to make cut to shape/size mirror for my special requirements. James was reply to my emails even on weekends. Guys at workshop did great job. Waiting for delivery Thanks to mirrorfit team.

Actually 0 rating, but not possible. Terrible service! Rude customer service team. I ordered a mirror for local pickup (didn’t show me the address while ordering). No update regarding the order for few weeks and then I mailed them, no response. Called them and then they said I have to pick it up from London, I’m based in Edinburgh. It is common sense to show the collection address while ordering. I asked for a refund and they agreed to refund only 50%. Complete waste of money. Will never recommend Mirrorfit.

As other reviews have mentioned you need to chase for a delivery date otherwise they do just turn up any day between the order window. Apart from that I received a good service.Paul who delivered my order was extremely helpful and helped me carry in the mirrors with corner protectors into my home. He also took a look at where I was installing the mirrors and was able to give great advice on how to do this, as well as insight into how to best handle and manoeuvre the mirrors.Overall great service provided by Paul and a good price compared to other suppliers.

Ordered custom cut mirror. Never received any heads up regarding delivery. Mirror shows up 10 days later which is fine, however, nobody ever bothered to ring the doorbell and instead simply left unprotected mirror leaning against neighbor's wall which I only noticed when going our for a walk. Top notch bespoke service. Small crack in the mirror was covered by a a blue sticker but judging by the reviews there is no point in contacting seller as it will only cause more headache.

Really happy with the quality and clarity of the mirrors I received! All the edges are perfectly polished and exactly on the measured mark! I was sceptical after reading so many negative reviews. However I can confirm they delivered my mirrors in 6 day of order. The delivery driver was also very helpful as he helped me take them up to my second floor apartment. I would use mirror fit again.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. I ordered quite a complicated set of mirrors, arrived within 10 days, absolutely bang on. Really easy to fit. Delivery driver even waited 45 minutes for me as I was running late. Recommended

If I could rate 0 stars I would... We were not notified of delivery, mirror comes without any packaging or protection and left against our brick wall, no common sense there! We fitted the mirror, cleaned it and found a scratch. The company are now refusing to offer us a refund, we do not want a replacement due to this being fitted in our new bathroom and this could cause unwanted damage!!! Extremely disappointed.
