Infidelity

Infidelity was recommended to me some 17+ years ago. from starting with a small set up to now a significant one, the team has been tremendous. I have moved more onto values but still maintain the original Niam's, Micromega and B&W's which they advise on and service from time to time when required. For service and backup support, this is the goto place for HiFi. Not a lot more that needs to be said really.2021: Simon has advised and installed in room entertainment in our clinic and home and his experience and attention to detail is second to none.

I popped into Infidelity so late in the day they probably were itching to shut up shop and yet Carl was incredibly generous with his advice and very lovely to speak with. He gave advice freely and without any commercial bent, gave me a sleeve for my stylus, a recommendation for speakers they don't sell, and the contact for getting my RP3 arm rewired. What a legend.

I used Simon and the Infidelity Team to install a cinema system . They did a great job and were extremely professional. The after sales service was also spot on. I'd definitely use them again.

I do not write reviews very often but I had such a good experience at Infidelity, I decided to let others know.I had the pleasure of demoing some speakers at Infidelity with my wife. (Always a tricky experience as she does not seem to understand the necessity for purchasing good sound equipment!!)So often HiFi shop staff are more focused on trying to show how clever they are and how little you know as opposed to helping a customer make an intelligent choice.The staff at Infidelity were excellent; really helpful and diplomatic. Making useful suggestions and weighing up all the factors to help reach a good decision.My experience here was exactly what I wanted and I have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact I have sent several friends to them as well.Keep up the good work!

A few years back I went here with my aged Rega turntable to check a new cartridge was set up correctly. The turntable specialist guy was exceedingly helpful and was excellent - thank you!Just went back and had a demonstration fo three different pairs of speakers. Different guy who really looked after me and my needed very well. Everything was set up ready and working. Nice streaming system with Naim gear that sounded great. I would have bought the speakers here but I was able to pick up a pair ex-demo elsewhere.Nevertheless, I highly recommend Infidelity HiFi, and would definitely buy from them when opportunity arises in the future. I first came to this audio/hifi shop when I was 16, obviously then a student with little funds I promised to Simon I would be back in the future. 30 years on I would be back time and time again.Simon sat me down and let me listen to a range of music with items that I still desire.Over the years I have had naim products and rega planner 3 the nait 3 along with cables etc.I’ve had demo of headphones and usb DACs too when I was looking into portability Hitesh was keen for me to enjoy the music and I had headphones for the afternoon and realised that I didn’t enjoy cans not for-the sound but my ears are too big and enjoyed listening at home more.Last year I thought about putting all my cds onto a server with the inous vs a naim unity along with DACs new and old.Mike was great and my father and I spent a morning looking at the various options, sadly I came to the conclusion that I liked to put on cd and listened to a whole album and didn’t think it was right for me.When I walk into this place I’m excited and the staff there are true lovers of music and movies and I never feel that they are there as a sales team like many other stores I have been.They give honest opinions and I can say they are the best hifi store I’ve known.What ever your price range what ever is important to you they really will help you make the right decisions. That why they are still there in Hampton wick.When my next upgrade is due, I’ll be going right back as I have done several times over the years.Only wish I’d bought that Lp-12 instead of my car all those years ago!

The guys at Infidelity are excellent. They really k ow their stuff and are happy to help with making recommendations for new kit within your price range.Great service. Great shop.

We recently moved out of the area and all I can say to anyone living within range of this shop - you are extremely lucky! They are a very friendly and helpful bunch who will work with you to get you where you want to be. Zero pressure or sales tactics.I cannot recommend Infidelity highly enough.
