Poor quality security and workmanship resulted in us moving our business elsewhere and charging back the extra cost to rectify his mistakes. Upon settling the £ owed back to us we were told he hadn’t wanted the job and had overcharged us purposefully to not have to do the work. What sense this makes is baffling given he was in the position to choose not to do the job. We’d got several quotes to which he was the cheapest - lesson learned cheapest isn’t always best. The CCTV footage of his most recent visit makes hilarious watching and shows him in his true colours - unprofessional, inadequate, incompetent, unethical, disreputable, unprincipled.
