I ordered from click and collect right when they opened as I needed it same day. An hour and a half before closing I came into store and asked where my order is, the lovely young woman and young man at the till unfortunately couldn’t help so they called their manager. The manager first came and dealt with the people who were behind me in the queue, and after proceeded to ignore me until I approached her directly, even though she knew I was waiting. Her reasoning was “the delivery hasn’t been done”, “the product is here, it’s just in the warehouse and hasn’t been unpacked yet” and tried stating it was my fault because I should have waited until I got a confirmation email, even after they had the whole day to do the delivery.I hope that pregnant manger doesn’t come back after her maternity leave. Pathetic woman

i had a great experience in this store . Everyone was polite , helpful and really did more than I expected,to try and help me asap.. will definitely be back and telling friends.. Should of also said ,great selection of products at great prices , really happy

Made to Measure is very bad if you are booking for a floor-to-ceiling window.For a 235 cm curtain, the chain provided is not even half of the curtain. As a 155 cm person, it's hard to use that 1-meter chain on a daily basis just to roll up and down the curtain. I have contact the customer service, unfortunately they use child safety as an excuse not to provide a longer chain, which can be easily avoid by the bracket fix.I believe if it's a curtain at your house, you will definitely not happy about it while you tiptoe.

The service isn’t great. There aren’t any store attendants on the floor. It was difficult to find assistance. When I was assisted eventually the advice was great. Other than that better to just shop online

Vast array of household goods at very keen prices. Store spacious and well lit. Ample parking.

Terrible customer service. Unhelpful staff. Ended up coming away and ordering what I needed from Amazon. Even when you try to shop at physical stores they don't do themselves any favours. Going here is a wasted trip, I for one won't be back. Save yourself the journey.

We just moved to London and were looking for some furniture, came across Dunelm and got some really great furniture for absolute value for money. The staff in the Catford store is extremely helpful. Special shout out to Brooke, who was extremely helpful. Haven't met anyone who goes out of her way to help customers, giving suggestions, searching for deals etc. Awesome experience all thanks to Brooke.

Great big store, amazingly relaxing shopping atmosphere. Best: the Café upstairs! Large latte (I'd call it a jumbo latte) for only £2.55. Articles: great range for very good prices! I tried to find something they don't have, but they've got it all. High-quality products and looots of unique little pieces but absolutely affordable. The staff is all very friendly. Top shopping experience, thank you. :)

Medium size store. It's chock full of stuff at a reasonable price. Good value for money.Soft comforts in abundance, gardening, barbecue, kitchen, and bathroom goods.Basically, anything you would need to furnish a house and garden.There is a restaurant srtoke cafe where you can get a reasonablely priced snack or meal.
