Nick and his team at Main Road Motor Company couldn't have been more helpful - not only did they source a specific car for us quickly and at the right price but they made us feel confident and taken care of every step of the way. It was really refreshing to buy a used car from someone with not only plenty of industry knowledge but integrity, too. We've since recommended Main Road to multiple friends and wouldn't hesitate to go back when buying our next car.

Best car dealership I’ve ever come acrossPurchased a car from Main Road Motor Company in June 2021. Before delivering it to me they conducted a 50 point vehicle inspection and identified and rectified some issues I would have been none the wiser to, including inner cracks in two of the alloys. Not only did they source a full set of 4 new alloys that were practically identical, they also had them freshly powder coated black to match the previous wheels on the car. They also resprayed the front bumper for me to fix some chipping that had been noticed. I was very impressed at this stage as I had already agreed to buy the car yet they went above and beyond with their vehicle checks.Furthermore, in the first weeks of having the car some unforeseen issues appeared. Main Road recommended main dealership diagnostics to get the most accurate prognosis (something not many dealerships would do), they ensured all issues were rectified, handled everything on my behalf making the process hassle free and covered the cost.All in all I couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic customer service from the Dan and the team. It’s reassuring to come across a second hand car dealership who genuinely put the car and the customer first. Thanks!

Bought a car from here a few months ago via Will (he was fantastic)However after driving the car for a few weeks i had noticed it was burning loads of oil and putting black smoke out, so i obviously bought the car back,They take the car off me for a month so not even do anything to the car, except give me dates that it would be done by when it wasn’t and also said they replaced parts which they hadn’t,This was dealing with Dan who would try to shut down any point that you make and not let you talk, this was noticed by me and also my Dad and brother, along with never calling me back so i had to call constantly to get answersAfter all i spoke to Nick who was helpful and said he would give me a call back on monday, 2 weeks later….no callSo now i have just sold the car and got a low value due to selling a bad car

The level of service I received from Main Road Motor Company was second to none. I have purchased many cars in my life but none of the other car dealerships hold a candle to these guys. Alex and Nick went above and beyond in their level of customer service. I travelled from Yorkshire to buy my car from these gents and I would not hesitate in making the journey again and again to purchase my future cars from here.I can’t say enough good things about this place, you really will be hard pushed to find a more decent, honest, reliable and courteous car dealership. So pleased I purchased my Range Rover from Main Road Motor Company. Nick sent me a walk around video when I enquired about it and Alex took over the sales side of things. No pushy salesmen trying to get a quick sale, just very friendly helpful advice which gave the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. They delivered the car today which was fully valeted and serviced including a new MOT. I was going to buy a car from this company, until I finally got fed of being called Bud" and "Mate" and being asked to pay £250 to deliver a car 87 miles!. Clearly a lack of respect offered to someone about to spend many thousands of pounds on a used car? and something of a rip off delivery fee. But thanks are in order as because of the above I found another identical car 1 year younger and £1000 cheaper! Every cloud has a silver lining."
