Brilliant place to get quality long lasting special gifts. Ideal spreading over with bracelets you can add charms to marking special occasions (we even found charms in Rome with mini coloseum to remember holidays) or splashing out on special jewelery you will treasure forever. Staff are helpful directing and finding what is available. Well worth many visits, seeing what is new and adding to the collection.

went in on friday with my boyfriend and spoke to a girl (unsure of her name) at the time she had black butterfly nails & light brown hair, she was so lush & literally the sweetest girl ever. there was another girl in there with black hair & glasses & she was also amazing. such a nice atmosphere in there, keep it up beautiful ladies xxx

I was served by Sophie today and she helped me find the charm I’ve been looking for forever, she was super helpful and fast and explained how I could claim Pandora points off a gift receipt. She’s helped me and friends a few times before I think I cannot recommend her enough, she needs a raise !!!

Not happy brought a bracelet on 27th dec not worn untill valentines as it was a gift and within a few hours of wearing it,it started to snap day 4 and snapped completely,havent got the receipt so was told take statement in to be told now I've got travel over 50miles to take it back to the store i purchased it from as noway i want the same one again,i will highly recommend anyone not to buy the new mesh bracelet its shocking to pay £55 for it to last 4days even though its got 2yrs warranty but hanley store were no help what so ever

The queue was horrendous, but the Manager, Gail, was fantastic. She was three members of staff down, but kept coming out to all of us, to see if anyone was doing 'Click and Collect'.She was so good and helpful, and had so much energy!My advice to people is to do the 'Click and Collect' at times like Christmas, as it will speed up your waiting time.Thank you Gail for superb managerial skills.
