Normally staff are very polite. My doctor excellent. So 5 stars to my doctor and the staff barr 1. I never complain. I usually compliment. I'm on new drugs after having four stents fitted a month ago. I'm used to there being long ques on the phone so Friday the 11/12th august 23 I went into the surgery to apply for the medication. The young lady was very polite and said that my medication would be sent to my usual chemist. On going there (laira surgery) today Tuesday 15th Aug 23 I spoke to a very arrogant young lady I think called viv her identity tag was on backwards but i heard another lady mention her name but didnt catch it properly. Im not trying to get anyone into any trouble and am always polite but, this receptionist was absolutely cold. Rude. And should do the job if she tars everyone with the same brush. She was just off rude and arrogant with me after I explained I'd put in for my prescription Friday. She said it takes a week and I future to give it a week before applying and would overide me talking whilst trying to explsin i didnt know the procedure for the new drugs. I even said before I left that I was sorry we got off on the wrong foot as I just thought well everyone has a bad day and maybe we just crossed wires with a misunderstand of eachother which was infact the case. But was just met with a passive aggressive answer of how it didnt bother her a bit. It wasnt meant to bother her. I then refused further conversation with her so spoke with a very nice polite kind lady called Denise who treated me like a human being. I left the surgery stressed out. so the 1 star goes to this solely to this very rude youg reception who was on reception on Tuesady 15th Aug 23. Kudos and nothing but nice things to say about my doctors and the rest of the staff at the surgery. 5 stars to them.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment in advance to discuss recent outcome of hospital stay and home care. Call in the morning" - I need to discuss past events - including being told to take cough medicine to treat what was pneumonia and pleurisy!"

I'd give zero if I could. 1st in the queue for 20minuets! Last time it was 30minuets!!

after my current need to this gp surgery i definitely feel they have no consideration hard of hearing people. you would be crazy to use this service they make u feel like a number. im looking for a new surgery after 40years +.

You can never get through on the phone for an appointment. lines open at 8, I have been trying to call from 8 and always an engaged tone. I need a Dr appt for my child who I can't make an appointment for on the E consult. Worst Drs in Plymouth.

Terrible doctors have left me without medication even when iv phoned for doctors to ring me emergency would deffo stay clear I'll also been lookin into changing doctors

I wouldn't give any stars if I could.Took 5 weeks to get information on physiotherapie treatment, told I am not eligible as I am only 65 yrs old and not in care, had to pay privately so I can get back to work.

Very poor service trying to get through to reception is none existent spent a total of one hour and fifteen minutes trying to get through to make an appointment. Now looking for another Doctor to sign up to. If I could post a minus ratings I would
