Terrible, rude and uncomfortable shop.I bought a birthday balloon for my daughter. It was £8. Once entering my house, it exploded just 10 minutes after the purchase. My daughter cried.So I brought back the broken balloon to this shop with the receipt and asked them refund or replacement. The owner said 'This is a balloon. Of course it explodes at some point. It was good quality. This is your problem. I can't believe you'Another shop guy said 'How can you prove this is not your fault? I don't know whether you put a stick into it.' 'If you say this is a bad quality, why did you buy it?'Who would intentionally explode a birthday balloon for daughter's birthday?Other customers were supporting me.But they never accepted the replacement or refund without any good reason.Finally the owner said 'Why don't you buy new one? This is the only thing we can do.'I couldn't believe this kind of people run business.This shop totally lacks professionalism and sense of responsibility. I feel this is fraud. They don't care their products' quality nor observe their contractual duties at all.Never use here.
