I already make formal complaint today to Tesco headquarters regarding this complaint, but I believe all you should know what is happening in one of stores in Derby Town at Stenson Rd.I entered shop today at 8.20am I bought 4 relentless energy drinks thru self check out, I ask as usual staff who served another tesco staff to approve for me please , she did and I walk out the shop I heard comments she spoke thank you!

Need more tills open as people are rushing home or for school run and others rushing back to work. No one ever seems to be on the tills!

Friendly staff. Normally has everything I need, which is good for an Express. Cash machine & defibrillator on site. You never know!

Good range of products for a small shop. Useful for a quick shop with car park outside . Expensive however without their clubcard

A slightly larger Tesco express than the standard stores. The building is an impressive deco affair and has a spacious car park for a local store. The door is slightly narrow but seems to have good access for wheelchairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.
