We take our 11 year old son to the kids boxing sessions on Monday and Wednesday nights. It's fantastic and he loves it. Great to burn off a bit of that extra energy and gets him off the computers. There is a range of kids there of mixed ability so first timers won't feel like they are behind. Plenty of running about and cardio, then some nice boxing drills to help them gain new skills. They seem really kid friendly and handle some of the challenging kids well and made it fun and enjoyable for everyone. Great place and would recommend giving it a try

Been having boxing 1-2-1's with Simon now for around 2-3 months and he is great! Really helpful, knows what he is doing and has genuinely gone out his way to help me. The Boxing classes on the evenings are great too!

Amazing boxing gym with a great atmosphere. The boxers and coaches make you feel very welcome. The group sessions on a Monday and Wednesday are great!
