I want to start the review by saying this is a customer service review. I've seen Middleton Blinds work and it's lovely. I was also recommended by a neighbour who had some beautiful shutters.No call back after leaving a voicemailNo call back after sending a message via the website.I eventually called and was reminded shutters are 'expensive' and that they could arrange a measurement but they weren't sure if they had a fitters in the area (I explained my neighbour has had work of them). The woman I spoke also shouted across the room at the shutter 'guy' instead of just putting me through to him to ask questions.Measurement appointment booked.Had a gut feeling they'd cancel from the second I booked and 30 mins before due to sickness which I understand happens they cancelled.I would be hesitant to book and worry about fitting/lead times and follow up if the communication is bad at this beginning stage.Again this isn't a reflection on the finished product but more about your handling of enquiries and customer experience.

We have used this company several times, in fact they are now the only company we will consider using. They are efficient and turn up on time, all the staff are friendly and courteous who respect our home when they come. The blinds are excellent quality and there is an extensive selection to choose from. Highly recommended.

I found them excellent! They have lots of choice and I found the perfect material for the roller blind in my kitchen. They came and measured the window just a couple of days later and came back to fit it the following week. Mark was on time and very quick. I love my new blind and will certainly go back for any future blinds I may need. Very reasonable price too!

Excellent sales and installation service, from first enquiry to installation was 2 weeks. Very efficient and the surveyor/installer is a credit to the company. We purchased 2 Vision blinds and they are of excellent quality. Happy wife !!

Been using Middleton Blinds for years never disappoint. Recently moved house needed blinds for all windows (don't do curtains and was not sure what was todays look) Excellent advice from staff in store decided on venetion - selection fab. Ordered just new slats for vertical blind; very reasonable price, young lady who served was extremely pleasant and helpful and order was ready a day earlier than stated in less than a week. Blind in lounge looks like new, I'm super happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Middleton Blinds & Shutters. We had several blinds fitted and the communication and service were excellent from start to finish. Prices are competitive, the products are high quality and the staff are very helpful and professional.
