Strength Lab

Honestly the best fitness training i have ever done! Not only that, i used to suffer with a shoulder i jury and through doing hybrid training with Phil i have not suffered with it since! As long as Strength Lab is around - i will be too!

The classes are well thought out and vary each time to keep it fresh. The exercises can be made as challenging as you want/for your capability. Class sizes are small so the instructor can make sure each client is using the correct technique. The instructor is supportive and encouraging, making it a mellow place to train. Music selection is awesome.Since starting the classes I have stopped getting random aches and pains developed from sitting at a desk all day, and it has brought on my running massively. I can highly recommend the classes or PT sessions to anyone, whatever your level of fitness - just starting out through to seasoned athletes.

I've been consistently attending classes with Phil for two months now and feel stronger and fitter. I love it and intend to continue as long as SL is operating. The sessions are challenging and fun...I actually look forward to going (at 6am no less!) I can't recommend enough.

Great personal training. Week on week I am seeing huge differences to my strength, mobility and stamina. The gym is amazing with everything you could need to mix up all levels of training.

Cannot praise or recommend Strength Lab highly enough. Ideal location and environment to train in to improve my fitness and strength. First class, professional advice and guidance given in a well equipped setting. Am so loving changing the way I look and feel in a non intimidating setting. No fad, short lived outcomes from the classes but instead gaining strength and improving fitness with long term success.
