Really pleased with the service I received at the shop. The machine I bought was much cheaper than getting it off the internet and it was in stock. Proper old school service . Would give them 10 stars if I could .

I visited Croydon’s Singer shop when my 50 year old Singer sewing machine needed replacing.I didn’t want anything too complicated and Ann patiently explained the merits of various models in the shop and let me use the machines there to find the most suitable one. There was no pressure to buy more expensive models and I thought the customer service was exceptionally good.The new machine was delivered soon afterwards at no extra cost. I know I can go back to the shop at any time if I need further help.

I came in with a broken machine I had inherited from my grandmother. The gentleman went above and beyond to help me, fix the problem and re-time the machine all in a matter of minutes. He really went above and beyond my expectations and I was incredibly happy when I left. A family run business that really cares and goes the extra mile. Thank you!

Been here twice. Didn't buy anything the second time as the shop didn't stock what I was after. But I feel I need to praise the customer service - great advice and info provided with no pressure (to buy) what so ever. Genuinely helpful and very polite. Would go again if I needed bits and pieces

Over the moon with the service. I took my husqvarna embroidery machine in for repair and service. They had to order a new part that took quite a while, but kept me updated. Its best to park in the multi story carpark near by and just a few minutes walk. Would definitely use again

Singer genuine parts FAR CHEAPER than the internet.Bobbins (see other reviewers unbalanced rant) I've not seen these for under a tenner in years.What more can you ask?.I read a damning review on here where the unvetted reviewer didn't like the £7.50 price. ... a quick web trawl turned up countless suppliers charging £14.95 + postage.What is wrong with people?.Anyway, I know this shop is brilliant. Always welcoming and well stocked with great quality stuff, parts and pieces let alone complete machines..Visiting here is like stepping back in time, a town centre trader that's actually passionate about what they do..Wishing you every success

They man working in the shop was very rude and not at all helpful. I went with my new singer machine and he did not even clearly listen to me and he was accusing me that we have done something wrong with the machine. I would not refer this sewing centre to anyone

They collected and fixed my Grandma's 19 70's or 80's singer sewing machine. For a decent price, was so nice to take it home and to be able to use it. My Grandma would be smiling down. Thank you

Today I was charged an unbelievable price for a bobbin case. Ridiculous! Unfortunately I had to pay this super inflated price for a bobbin case since it was something that I needed with a certain urgency.It's really bad to take advantage of customers during this difficult times.
