MHL have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish with a property sale, purchase and letting contract we've been through in the last two months.MHL sold our house in March this year after 3 months of listing. It had previously been listed with another Wigan-based agent for over 4 months at the same price. We'd had two or three viewings, no offers and little advice for improving the situation other than to reduce the price. Within a short period with MHL we had many more viewings and TWO great offers. They managed the whole process from start to finish, regularly communicating throughout and following up with people on either side of the chain. I actually got better updates from Sharon at MHL than I did from either of my mortgage provider or solicitor directly (and they were supposed to be working for me!).On the lettings side, we also bought a property to rent out in the same period. I stuck with MHL due to the service they provided during the sale/purchase of our own house. I got the same level of service and the property was let within a week of being listed.I'd highly recommend the guys and personally won't be changing any time soon.

We were not even your clients as purchasers (not sellers) but found that you were always willing to help with any questions or queries. On numerous occasions you contacted our lawyers, who never seemed to be available by telephone, and rang us back with the updates we needed. We think that Sharon Parkinson in particular deserves a large pay rise as she has given us the best possible opinion of your company and if we ever sell a property MHL will be our first point of call - because of her! I've been using the services for MHL for over 12 years now, firstly they have helped me with my small portfolio of rentals and over this time i gained a great deal of trust in the service's they offer.Steve has always been at hand to offer excellent sound/grounded advice on any property related matter either in rental or sales. I have found unlike many of the newer faces in the market there is always a realistic/sensible approach to any enquiry weather it be a new tenant required, advice on a sale or help securing my forever home!Over the year we have instructed the office to deal with multiple sales and countless rental managements, my most recent sale was secured in a matter of days! Sharon was amazing to deal with, I've had constant updates on the process and any question's/ query's have been answered swiftly. She has been the driving force behind the legal teams!Over the years I have tried many of other service providers in wigan and only once in this time instructed one to act, I'd been swayed by an over valuation when I look back. This valuation did secure a sale, however the not all came to fruition. I re marketed with the MHL Team, took on board Steve's advice and over achieved what the other service provider had secured for me!So while this may seem like war and peace........my advice/ recommendation is stick with the guys that have been around for quite some time, they have a wealth experience/ knowledge and understanding the local market and how it performs in good and rough times
