New Look

Wasn't looking for anything in particular but did find a couple of dresses I liked but which were unfortunately way too long. Shop looked well stocked and tidy.

The place was neat and tidy and displays was easy to look through. Styles was modern and classy. Some garments on the floor around but all in all, this store was good with good quality merchandise.(Freelance consumer and media journalist)

Rubbish service, the girl that served me was too engrossed in a conversation with two other sales assistants and because of that forget to take the security tag off one of the two items I purchased. My son wanted to wear the item tonight but didn't find the tag until we got home. Useless

good dresses. well done, wish they didn't have such HUGE necks tho.

Sizes are small fitting but always have the latest fashion at reasonable prices. Staff in need of personality transplants as unfortunately for some reason they all look utterly miserable, a smile costs nothing ladies! :)

First time been in new look, very surprised at size of the shop,went looking for pink shirt and tie,got shirt in shop,but the lovely lady that served ordered on line for us ,pick it up to day Saturday, what service is that, well done to new look,we needed for Sunday, and was a good price for the quality,will definitely shop there again, so come to the mall in Blackburn and see for yourself, x Barbara x peter x

Unfortunately I have stopped visiting one of my favourite shops due a rude young lady who i seem to come across the many time that i have visited. As written on the recipt the name of your employee i believe is to be Iqra as stated on the recipt with the date and time. I have had several encounters with this young lady in the store each time they have not been pleasant. The young lady has her head so far up her backside on serval occasions I have felt intimidated and not worthy enough to shopping in the store. It has made me feel uncomfortable as I believe this individual looks down on her customers. On one of the earlier occasions I had asked the young lady to assist me and she completely ignored me. Another incident was there were few members of staff on the floor this young lady was near the womens clothing section another near the shoes. I needed a oponion regarding something hence i asked the staff as you do. The other individual was pleasent she gave me her opinion and advised me to go for another top with ther pair of shoes. However this young individual i asked about a satin dress and her answer was that will look nice on a petite size lady. This really upset and offended me as i may not be petite but im sure i could have pulled that dress off alot better.Due to these uncomfortable experiences I have decided to no longer shop at the blackburn store and go to other new looks stores where the staff are pleasent and respectfull. I happily now take my money to other stores even if it means i have to spend a little extra i am willing to do so, as my own self esteem, respect and satisfaction comes first.

Went in with my daughter who was looking for a pair of gold shoes. They had a pair which was a wide fit, yes she bought them.

Poor service from the young lady at the till today. Name begins with m.Decided to go back for a refund due to this reason and spend slightly more for a similar item in foot asylum. I rather spend where I get good customer service.

I had an issue returning the items that I had paid for through PayPal on the 28th April. The woman at the till insisted she must see my PayPal wallet to verify the card I paid on. Then complained that I had too many cards on it and she couldn’t see my payment even though I had originally shown her the payment but she had dismissed it insisting on seeing the wallet. Then when I showed her the payments page again she couldn’t find the right payment. I had to point it out. She absolutely was not listening and made this harder than it needed to be. When I pointed this out she didn’t apologise or acknowledge her mistakes. It should have been a straightforward return but it took over 5 minutes to sort and she wasted my time unnecessarily. She really didn’t have a clue. I insisted they should have a better policy because I don’t have to do this elsewhere. I know what card I paid on but there is no trust which is a joke. She proceeded to tell me that that is why they don’t recommend paying by PayPal which is ridiculous because it’s not an issue in other stores and I have never heard this advice and it sounded like she was telling me off. Why offer PayPal as an option then? Really doesn’t make sense. They need to invest in a more customer friendly system and staff that know what they are doing.
