I was thinking of leaving the practice because I didn't think that 'my' dentist did a thorough job. My latest visit was completely different. A fantastic receptionist ,who smiled and my appointment couldn't have been better, even though I have to have three fillings!Many thanks Smile Dental Care

Absolutely disgusting service. After being neglected by this surgery and their dentists I am now being told I have to pay to go privately to have a root canal fixed due to their negligence and improper service. After trying to talk to the manager to resolve this i was told she would call me which was a week ago now and i still haven’t heard anything. I think their service is appalling and they do not care about their patients at all, just care about the money.

Excellent I was reminded off my appointment via text message. I was sent a online questionnaire about my health, which was easy and well laid out.On the day of my appointment my Dentist was on time very helpful explaining what he was doing as he went along.My check up was complete I paid and was given a 6 month appointment for me and my daughter the whole process was about 20 minutes.I am very pleased all staff i encountered were polite and professional.A excellent surgery it’s a pity the local GP surgery can’t be this efficient

My first visit to a dentist for 15 years! The team were brilliant! Some work to be done, not cheap, but I would say value for money. Looking forward to my next appointment!!

Fantastic new premises, and as always lucky to have such a fantastic dentist! Massive surgery rooms so plenty of space if needed, ie wheel chairs, buggies, etc very clean. Friendly staff and very accomadating. Local car park is a 2 minute walk away.

Lovely new, modern practice in town centre. Dentist easy to talk to and I have no worries about attending for my appointments. However, just a shame that the new tooth that was made for me lasted 30 hrs before the cement came unstuck and it fell out! This was despite me eating only soft food as advised. For over £300 all in all, I just hope something can be done.

Cannot praise the surgery enough, they are always so accommodating and helpful. I’m very nervous of having work done but my dentist is so understanding and patient. I did have a bridge fitted that has fell out a couple of times but each time got me in next day and a different cement used and worked on the bridge to make it more secure.
