I was really helped and the customer service was quite awesome. Just the delay in getting my glasses was the only issue as I was told it will take 2 weeks or so

Just wanted to say what fantastic service I received today. Sasha was absolutely excellent and thoroughly helped me choose a pair of glasses and equally the optician Fvehoina (sorry if I’ve spelt that totally wrong) was amazing! Such lovely ladies and it really does make a difference going somewhere where people are nice and the customer service is spot on! I can’t thank yous enough!!!

Delighted with the service I received as I called them to say my glasses had broken the lens had come out. They advised me to pop down straight away and they fixed them within a couple of minutes. I was impressed so much by how good this service was I then asked about buying another spare pair of glasses which I have now ordered. Highly recommended.

Staff are super friendly. The optician checking my eyes was absolutely thorough, explaining what tests I needed and why. She even did tests that I'd missed having done at hospital. The service therefore, was excellent.

After being completely let down recently by Stockton branch, these were a breath of fresh air. Very professional and thorough and the staff were pleasant and friendly. It was really busy but apologies were made and the team handled everything well. Restored my faith in vision express actually and may well choose as my preferred shop in the future.

I booked in for an Eye test in the Cleveland Centre store, from the second I stepped into the shop to the moment I left I was made to feel welcome and was fully informed about everything, from the girls at the desks front of store to the optician ( most wonderful understanding & compassionate Asian gentleman) performing my examination, everything was 10 star plus. Thank you vision express.

All 4 members of staff I came into contact with at Vision Express Linthorpe, Middlesborough were some of the most friendly, professional and helpful people I’ve came across. They made my visit completely personal and spent time getting to know me and my needs. Nothing was too much hassle, they were so patient and thorough. Their rapport with customers was outstanding and I can’t thank them enough for their time and attention.
