Amazing work, and it's so quick when something needs to be done.

This company recently came & fitted 2 brand new double glazed units in my home & wow what a service!No mess, no fuss just got on with it & fitted my lovely new units beautifully. I am absolutely thrilled I can now have a good Xmas without the worry of bad windows. Can’t recommend highly enough 5***** & some!

Mr Townsend is a true tradesman,He is professional from his initial contact reply, throughout the installation and on completion.He listens to what you would like and then gives you other options if he sees any potential issues.We could tell throughout the removal and installation of our French doors and window that the finish was paramount to him as much as the client’s.He has a clean as you go method of work and is always conscious of the fact he’s in your home.We will be using and recommending Townsend Home Improvement’s again and to other’s.Brilliant!

Called Paul, to look at leaking conservatory roof. He attended, and after a deal of deliberating, he applied sealant, it did not work, and he returned.He put me in touch with GDL builders-a Greg Lake-who duly turned up, and after inspection of roof, said it would need jet washing, and a flexible fibreglass-type matting applying. Fine I thought, but he has been onobtainable-despite texts, phone calls, and emails.I contacted Townsend again, he tried his telephone-and he could not contact him, in spite of GDL Builders being his recommended roofing contractor.I have asked Townsend for an alternative contractor, to date no reply.Not very professional at all-sadly- and is an unfortunate indictment on staying local.

Had a new window in the bathroom last year which we were very pleased with, so when we decided on a new front door we had no hesitation in contacting Townsend Home Improvements again.Paul came to see us & did thorough survey & left brochures for us to decide on a style & colour, the door was installed very professionally with great attention to detail, the door seems to be of a very good quality. All in all we are very happy

First class work. So pleased with the new door, windows and sealed units; they look superb and really bring more life to the house. This work was completed to prepare the house for sale but I genuinely wish I’d done it sooner now with how great it looks. Paul was very communicative and friendly, I will definitely book in for new doors and windows in my next house.

I had my glass balcony doors done by Townsend home improvement, I'm in the eaves in a grade 2 listed building, there were some very awkward angles in this re-fit, I was so impressed by the finished product, they are perfect, with all the wind & rain we had recently there were no leaks & they didn't move like my old ones, they are extremely professional & knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this company & Paul who did my doors.
