We were in touch to help my 8 yo with his blocked ears and later found that he has glue ears. The service before during and after treatment is brilliant. Muhammed has kindly hand held us through the process and always been available to answer any questions at any time. We have used him twice and will continue to if needed and highly recommend.

I found Clear Clinics very accommodating. My 8 year old had been suffering from smelly discharge from one ear over many months and all my own GP ever did was prescribe drops to soften wax. After it got particularly bad I arranged an appointment with Clear Clinics and was given an emergency appointment for the same day (after usual working hours). Mo check both ears and found a hard lump in the ear which we though was fine. The blockage of hardened wax was so bad that Mo advised that it was actually blocking sight of the ear drum. Mo flushed the ear and the unsightly blockage was removed which yielded an instant result in how much better my son could hear!With the other ear we were advised that my son had an infection and a treatment plan advised which involved getting prescribed with an antibacterial spray.Clear Clinics dealt with my 8 year old in a very child friendly manner putting my son at ease and explaining in easy to understand language what was going to happen etc. and he was offered some all important stickers too :-)A very professional service. I found Mo very knowledgeable and experienced. I'd definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

My ears often become impacted with wax & I have to have the wax removed via micro suction.I searched for availability in Bolton and came across Clear Clinics.I messaged the clinic on a Tuesday evening and they replied instantly and arranged an appointment for the following evening.Very professional service and put me at ease as I was a little nervous at first. Cleared both ears and improved my hearing significantly.Will definitely use this service again and I do recommend this service for anyone who required this.Francesca
