Useless telephone parking system did not work suggested ring later! All other machines only accept coins not cards waste of space get an update to your machines.

It is so unfortunate that due to high parking charges visitors are being discouraged to attend their loved ones. The society is already shrinking and a handful relatives are left and they also avoid coming to visit their grandparents/parents etc. I wish the car parks are free at the hospitals just like Scotland

its a complete waste of money parking here, if you are able to walk for 10 minutes, then park at the local council run car parks which are much cheaper.

For 1 hour parking you are charging a lot of money but parking spaces are tiny, hardly 1 car can fit. Can’t open doors in a busy time. Should improve parking spaces at least in my opinion.

Disappointed to find the car park is automated and you can only pay by phone.Whilst this is not a problem for me, you have to think about people who don't have a phone or who are not so technical.There should definitely be a choice available to pay by cash if that's preferred by the customer.

Parked in car park yesterday (11/12/2019) but was unable to pay because all the card machines were out of order and I do not have a smartphone. I went to security who gave me phone numbers and I tried to pay when I got home but it needed the 4-digit code from the machine in the car park which I did not have. I was most distressed - I am over 80 - but when I phoned APCOA this morning a very kind operator told me to explain the situation when I got the fine notice and all would be well. I hope so.
