I do feel that this is definitely one of the better run tips in Merseyside. I never seem to struggle for a space to stop. Most staff are helpful if you need them but some are just down right miserable. It was really disappointing to discover that the only female who works there has a bit of an attitude and is rather rude. Not really sure what her problem is…

I can not fault the service provided by knowsleycouncil ! But there is one employee who lets the standard down ! He has a terrible attitude! Towards members of the public! He is arrogant beyond words ! He wears sunglasses with short hair! Tall and well built! Very disappointing ! Needs retraining on customer service urgently!

The website clearly states 8-5 opening hours however on arriving at the site at 16:54 the operative had put a car across the gate and closed another gate , he was unhelpful in his approach and in the time it took home to articulate that he doesn’t get paid after 5pm I could’ve been in and out with my rubbish , what awful staff you are employing Knowsley !How petty I understand we all want to get home at the end of our shift but this wasn’t the end of your employees shift and the time he wasted telling me facts that your website doesn’t display could’ve saved a return trip time I don’t have to waste unlike your colleague who clearly does

This one of the best run sites i have been too . The staff are very helpful you always get them helping you . It is a ckean site they are always cleaning and brushing up . I think they all do a fab job x

So the staff usually stand around chatting or whinging at people rather than keeping the place safe. No traffic management most of the time and no adherence to their rule of no children out of vehicles. This place shouldn’t be dangerous but it is

When there are no queues, it is very easy to access & you can get right to the kerb for the skips you require. Staff are helpful & will remove items which are reusable to be donated to charity. My last visit was early Sunday afternoon, no queue, not busy on site. If it is queued out of the gate, it is a lot more difficult, people double park to get access.

Polite staff, oragnise but with covid be round atm, you can wait for half hour maybe longer in queue, depend on time off day you go.
