Son came in to talk about ear piercing. Didn’t have his ID so couldn’t do it. Fine understand that but why speak to him like dirt ? Maybe think about how you speak to people.

Best artist around!! All my work is done by Jon and cannot praise him highly enough. Fab bloke who knows what works best. Very chilled environment and always been made to feel welcome and a valued customer! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.All around brilliant experiences every time!

Visited yesterday to have 2 dermal anchors removed that had grown over. The piercing lady 'Ginge' was amazing and it took her an hour but she was so patient and made sure they were out with the most minimal of fuss. Absolutely brilliant service!

Came here recently to get my top ear repierced and to speak about getting a tattoo in memory of my daughter. The lady who repierced my ear was really lovely and helpful. The tattotist however, was extremely rude. I explained as to what I had in mind and what the purpose was. But there was zero sympathy and no info about tattoos. (I haven't got any tattoos so this would of been my first). He had zero people skills and looked extremely miserable! I don't recommend going here for tattoos
