Would not use again. No pre site assessment, much bigger job than costed on, although to be fair, they did not charge any more. However, finished job looks really poor. Grouting wasn’t cleaned post job, leaving an expensive flooring looking awful. Did contact after the work was done, but no response so will need to go to extra expense to get cleaned properly

Absolutely disgusting service, complete rip off, DO NOT buy your tiles from this company. They have no ability to call and discuss issues and took the best part of £600 from me, advised the product was delayed so we cancelled, then they tried to deliver and when we refused delivery they tried to charge us a £175 'restock fee'. it's been 3 months and counting with 'no phone support to keep costs down' and 10 working days between each email. Their customer service is an absolute joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I emailed them maybe 10 times and waited 1.5 months to receive my order before leaving this review. They kept saying they will send the product and guess what it never arrived. Very very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Awful company. If I could give them -10 I would.

Do not buy from this company! They send the complete wrong product then proceed to not reply to a single email.I am referring them to the ombudsman and card issuer. Companies like this need to be closed down, absolutely shocking!

Sent me an incomplete order with broken tiles. I attempted to make contact a number of times, but they ended up putting it right (to my surprise, I was calling to chase, and they sent me replacement tiles for the broken ones). The tiles are amazing and look great. Thanks for putting me right, but please work on communication to customers. I’m a fan now and will happily use you in the future.
