Alice's Cuts Dog Grooming

We initially booked in with another groomer in the area but were badly let down so... in a panic... contacted Alice to help with our, rather matted, maltipoo. Alice went above and beyond to help. At first she didn't have any appointments but she suggested some other places to try which was really helpful. Thankfully, however, she had a cancellation and I'm so pleased she did! Loki came out looking wonderful (I think doodle cuts are really difficult to get right!). The team were so friendly and accommodating and the price point was just right. I have a 47kg cross-breed who has separation anxiety. I tend not to leave him places due to his nerves, however, Alice made a huge effort making my boy comfortable. So much so, he now very much enjoys visiting Auntie Alice" for his wash and blow dry

Been using Alice for our 4 shitzus for years now and every time we are delighted with her service. Ignore this one moaning woman in the reviews. Alice is always professional and top of her game. What’s more our dogs love her too.

My large rescue street dog is VERY nervous around new people and noises, but as soon as she met Alice and the other girls she was so happy. It was the most amazing thing to see. I wouldn't trust any other groomers! My dog runs to Alice's door in excitement... have you ever seen a dog do that before they get groomed?! Only at Alice's :) she always comes home smelling AMAZING too!

I have been going to Alice's cuts dog grooming and daycare for a little while and always happy with the service we receive for our dog. when I first brought owen I was unsure how he would react but she was so calming and helpful and reassured me it would be ok. Owen always smells so fresh when he comes out and looks so smart and sometimes has an added bow on his collar (love this) highly recommend.

My 2 absolutely love Alice. My oldest Daisy is very funny with people and Alice is just so so good with her. She does a fantastic job they always look absolutely beautiful.She goes above and beyond any other dog grooming service I have used in the past and I cannot fault any element of her service. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Alice enough. My dog has been going to Alice for over 3 years. He was a shy nervous puppy, but Alice was so kind and gentle she gained his confidence straight away. He always comes back happy, clean and smells Devine. I would never use anyone else!

Our Duffy (cavapoochon) is a nervous, anxious little thing, especially around people and dogs that she is not yet familiar with but she absolutely loved Alice and totally enjoyed getting pampered! Alice told us she was an absolute dream and didn't hear a peep out of her - we couldn't believe it when she told us. Alice is clearly very experienced with anxious dogs like Duffy; she made her feel completely comfortable and relaxed and Duffy trusts her now. She came out smelling and looking absolutely beautiful and we can't wait for the next groom! We have since recommended Alice to many other dog owners that we have met on our walks as we've had nothing but lovely comments about her coat / groom.

I took my puppy Bartie to Alice for his first proper big boy groom and he came out looking immaculate! He was quite a nervous dog and Alice handled him so well and so professionally. He looked so cute and his groom was perfect, she knows the breed well and knew exactly how to cut him and I trusted her completely. I had no worries with him being with Alice, he was happy and I was very happy. I will always be going to Alice from now on, she’s friendly and welcoming and exactly the type of person you want looking after your dog.
