The first time I spoke to this lovely lady on the phone she took the time to explain to me what kind of hair my 11 month old malshi has and how it can be cared for. She is the first Groomer to do this and myself and my husband were very delighted with our puppies cut. She is the 3rd Groomer we have used and the only one we will stick with going forward.
