Arrived at 22.30 to be told, we're closed (24hr opening apparently)Told to use drive thru, and I said my 45ft HGV won't fit!!! I asked can I walk through the drive thru, and was told no.Told me to order it online, to be delivered (50yards away) to the HGV parking onsite obviously at a cost or download the app, order and I can wait outside and they will bring it out to me.Why can't you just let me order at the self service and give a lad, after a 4 hour drive, a bite to eat before bed.If its for security reasons, why could I just walk in the door and walk to the counter for this information.I look forward to your response!!!As they say, if I could give ZERO stars.....you know the rest!!!!

I choose fast food because I was short of time, so grab McDonald's.So slow, paid and then waited then asked to move to 2nd window after some time window opens and asked to pull into a waiting bay then some more waiting all this time my brew was getting cold, it would have been nice to have hot food and brew at same time, if I drink the coffee before it's cold, I probably won't enjoy my hot food as much.I know it's no big deal really just very frustrating, it's probably better to use the just eat app as the drivers were in and out with constant regularity..To be fair my food arrived nice and hot. But the overall experience was disappointing.

Food was nice my chips was warm chicken nuggets are good but forgot to put 1 of my chicken nuggets in i ordered 6 chicken nugget only gave me 5 i am disappointed since McDonald's never does this to me and i didnt take it back because i had to go back home and i didnt have time

The cheese bites were nice but besides this do not waste your time. The burger was stale, the chips were stale and all in all it was inedible.

Came in and the food was lovely, fresh, hot , and delicious, Dan the man was the best host I have ever met, and Abby is an absolute credit to the McDonalds franchise.They both deserve a promotion!!!@RonaldMcdonald

The trouble with this place, at the ordering point they don't listen, last time I was there I could not understand the male operator, and he to me to go and order at the window, and hung up.They always forget the milk, sugar, and the wooden spoons.You have to remind them.The problem is there young kids, and don't take the job seriously.

They have misunderstood the concept of fast food. Waited over 40 minutes for 4 meals!! Drove away to find order wrong, and as a result, we were overcharged. Wont recommend it and won't be back.

Just been through drive thru absolutely terrible service. We had a food 4 thought code which I asked for a big Mac and fries at the beginning and explained I had the code. When I got to the window till the young lad with glasses on said he had already put it through and tried to charge me full price. When I questioned it he began to call me to his colleagues where I could hear. I asked for the manager who corrected the till. However during my exit I could still hear the staff discussing what had just happened. I also didn't receive my receipt so I couldn't do a review. I wouldn't even give this site's customer service 1 star.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company, placed an order that came without the burgers. On ringing the restaurant we were told there too busy and can't deliver it, even though we had paid delivery. Forced to call Uber eats as there partner who would only refund the burger, not the delivery or the meal that we didn't get. Never ever will these thieving scum bags or uber eats. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Went at around midnight midweek, the service was surprisingly fast, the orders were all correct and the burgers/chicken things were hot and tasted like they'd been cooked recently. Another surprise was that the milkshake machine was both working and had all flavours available. Only gets four stars as with all McDonald's due to the paper straws that aren't fit for milkshake and the very sad looking 'fries' which were the usual limp, lukewarm and half filled mcfries.Price is comparable to other McDonald's which again is nice since it's technically a motorway service restaurant and their prices are usually marked up.
