I can truly recommend DM Window Solution. Renovated my house in Putney with new sash windows. Process was very transparent and smooth. There were some challenges on the way but the way everything was handled was 100% professional. I’m definitely coming back to DM with my next renovation projects.

We had a very good experience with DM Windows. We were looking for custom designed internal partition, and DM were the only ones with reasonable lead times, plus they had a showroom not far from us. Zuzanna was able to see us on a weekend (outside of normal opening hours), walked me through the options, etc. There was one small production hiccup, but it was quickly resolved and we've got a beautiful bespoke product we were not able to achieve with other national distributors. Adam and the installation crew were also great, had everything fitted and finished much faster than I expected and with a tidy finish. I'd happily work with DM Windows again and recommend them

Disgraceful company, terrible product and not fit for purpose, really poor product quality. Zuzana is rude and unprofessional, absolutely no regard for customers, demands for payments with delayed delivery dates and no actual confirmed date. Avoid this Company at all cost- unless you are prepared to loose £1000s and take legal action

Amazing team, very patient and professional. From the office team to the manufacturer and the installers they all worked the extra mile and managed to deliver and accommodate everything I wanted. I’m very pleased with my bathroom door, I highly recommend this company.

Please avoid this company at all cost, the quality of the product is extremely poor and turns up damaged , their service is appalling, Zuzana absolutely has no regard for her customers, despite spending a considerable large amount with her Company, she’s happy to sell a shoddy and damaged product but is not interested in putting right or replacing doors that are simply not of an acceptable quality or standard, its quite shameful
