H & S Car Shop

Massive thank you to the owner at H&S car shop .Got my audi from here amonth ago a beautiful car ,was really looked after on our visit and nothing was to much.He is so pleasant and such a genuine person i recommend this car shop 100%.

Purchased a Corsa VXR from Kieran in December 2022. The following day it came up with a fault. Phoned Kieran to let him know and he said he would get it fixed. Didnt hear anything for a few weeks, so contacted him again. This time however he ignored my call so i called from another number, and he answered straight away. Once he knew it was me i had all the excuses you could think of. Said he would get it done first week of January. Never happened, didnt get a call to say why. So called again, got ignored again. Called on yet another number, this time got answered straight away. etc etc etc. This has now gone of since Decemeber with the fault still being a problem.Stay well clear of this company. Dont waste your time or money on them it is not worth the effort i would not recommend them to anyone, just outride rude and liars.

I recently bought a Jaguar XF from H&S. Brilliant service from start to finish, very happy with the car and at a great price too.The guys couldn't have been more helpful and they have great after sale service too, with a couple of niggles being sorted out straight away without any issues.Nice to see and honest small independent garage who actually seem to care for their customers.

Bought a superb little Corsa for my daughter from Keiran found the whole experience very profesional and pleasant. Would certainly feel confident to recommend h & s carshop. We have a first rate car and a significant purchase was made into an exciting and enjoyable experience

This company is by far the worst I have dealt with in this Uk. I made a payment for reservation of a car sometime in October, unfortunately for me, the finance company they work with didn’t grant me a finance for the car. Since then until now these people have refused to pay me back my money. Since October, I have begged, called, sent messages, emailed, yet nothing. Worst, the man in question never picks my calls or replies my messages, until my husband called one day with his own line and he picked that’s when I knew these people deliberately do not want to pay me back my money. That money is £195 and I will drag them to any length until they pay me back. The car in question is no longer on their website, which means it has been sold yet nobody could even call the person who made the reservation to find out if they still need it before selling it off and yet won’t still pay me my money. If you guys don’t pay me, I will drag you everywhere because you did not work for that money with me

I'm happy new owner of the AUDI A5. The car is awesome. It is nearly 11 years old but in very good condition. The price was also competitive.Thank you H&S Car Shop team for professional service. The car was clean, prepared and ready to drive. These guys know theirs job very well. During whole transaction I was feeling like customer in car saloon - safe and treated seriously. I posting on behalf of John Palmer who brought a Vauxhall Corsa VXR from Keiran. I found the whole experience of buying my car very professional and pleasant. Keiran went out of his way to help me download paperwork which I wasn't able to do myself. He took time to come down and pick me up from my home as i was unable to get to his premises to pick up the car. I know some reviewers who may think that he did it as I was purchasing a car from him but he was not obliged to do this and in my opinion he went above and beyond to help me in all aspects.And I would just like to publicly thank him and I would recommend H&S car shop

After looking for cars for weeks, in any spare time I had, I finally came across my BMW 1 series. Keiran was polite and very helpful and got my finance accepted the same day I went to see the car. This was amazing for me being an NHS nurse, having very little time at the minute. My car developed a small problem around a month after having it. But Mike at H & S car shop talked me through the warranty process and everything was sorted quickly. The best part is they included the 12 month warranty in the price for the great work we do in the NHS.
