I can't recommend this vet enough, wonderful people who went above and beyond the call of duty in my hour of need and were kind, compassionate and generous with their time while my dog was sick.If it weren't for them, I would not have my dog now, there aren't enough good things I can say about them. Very disappointed with Robert Jones vets since being taken over. After being with this vets for over 20+ years we have now moved vets. Although we have had no problem with treatment there the prices are ridiculous. I had a quote for my dog to have 4 teeth out which was just short of £1000 . To help they offered us pet plan which gives 10% of dental work however we would have to pay over 200 pounds to get the 10% off this would take my bill over £1000 with the discount. The price they gave me was an estimate and could go up if he needed more when they put him under. Well thank god we changed vet my dog had 13 teeth out and I dread to think how much it would have cost. My new vet charged me less than £400 after giving me a worse case of £504 and the after care is included therefore we have two follow up appointments included in the price. We couldn’t be more pleased. When Robert Jones was there the prices were reasonable disappointed that the company now are using his name as it is not the same. Sorry but won’t be coming back to you.

Outstanding vets with caring staff. Our boy had his eye removed and was definitely in the best hands.We recommend this vets to everyone and wouldn't go anywhere else now. We also have our annual boosters done here which are quick and easy, routine, thorough checkups are also done at the same time.The receptionist staff are great too, nice and friendly. Not to mention the incredible charity work they do too. Thank you so much for looking after our boys.

The receptionists and vets here are extremely nice people. Unfortunately since Robert Jones' practice was bought by a remote company based in Norwich the prices have been increasing well beyond inflation. I've been forced to go elsewhere.

Great friendly and pleasant service we've been with them thirty years with three dogs .

Been taking my pets here for years. Always felt like they have had the animals care at the forefront of their minds and the surgery itself is very good. When we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs they was very kind and sympathetic and helped us through an emotional time. Again great vets.
