Proper pub with that local feel. Rooms are clean & well presented. Geoff & Carol are very friendly and certainly make you feel at home. Would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a lovely, cosy local pub. I’d like to thank Anne, Diane and the rest of the team who went out of their way and were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and the homemade cottage pie was delicious. Great beer too!Thanks again! ‘3BedNick’.

Lovely pub made to feel very welcome large selection of drinks. Sunday lunch was very nice presented beautifully. Will definitely be returning to this lovely place.

Very last minute booking, but extremely impressed. Our room was very spacious and clean with such a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic, lovely and hot. Really friendly staff and they even let our friends book in for breakfast. Free parking at the back too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely experience .

Amazing and friendly staff great family pub with a big beer garden great selection of beers , ales , spirits also every Saturday there is entertainment on from 9pm

Wow what a place, stayed here 2 weekends on the trot as working away, Anne and Dianne perfect hosts couldn't do enough for their residents, food was brilliant locals all really welcoming, great atmosphere. Would recommend the BnB to anyone.

Just walked in and asked to buy a drink straight away while taking off coats. She told us only 1 of us brought a drink we hadn't even decided what we were buying YET! Not only that a fight started as soon as we got in which didn't make us comfortable!
