You will not be disappointed in a stay here. Hotel has everything you need, including AC (which I understand is a luxury). Staff was very accommodating and never a long wait. Location is a walk away from everything and gives you a beautiful view of the River Ness.

Beautiful nighttime views of the Xmas lights over the river Ness. Nice little juliette balcony off the room. Lovely coffee machine with pods. Cozy, comfortable and spacious.

Premier Inn Inverness Centre River Ness
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in Europe. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of outlets, lots of lighting and a super comfy bed. The location is about as good as it gets in the city, with a gorgeous Riverside view and a short walk to just about anything you’d need in the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love this place!

Our stay at Premier Inn Inverness was truly delightful. The hotel's location right next to the picturesque River Ness, offers a beautiful view from the room. Hotel is located close to shops and restaurants accessible within walking distance, which greatly enhanced our exploration of the city.We booked a Premier Plus room, and it was spacious and comfortable. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay, from the cozy bed to the modern amenities. The room was impeccably clean, and the hotel clearly maintains high standards of cleanliness.The staff were courteous and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had.

A couple of negative complaints about the room that was meant for two only towels for one we asked for more towels and we got them also no hand wash at the sink. For a premier plus room that's poor.Very good location, great service, good breakfast, on the

I haven’t stayed at the hotel but this review reflects the abominable phone charge I have incurred to amend my booking. I called via the Google Listing ‘call’ button and was cut off towards the end of the call by my mobile provider as the call had reached my spending cap limit (thankfully I have one set!) - the call cost me in excess of £23 !!! BE CAREFUL - DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!

Stayed one night here. First, the good. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a pleasant walk over the river from the city centre.Onto the less good. I was sent a rather passive aggressive email by the hotel directly prior to staying, asking me to book a table for meals (I hadn't ordered any meals and did not intend to, so felt this was unnecessary). On arrival checking in I was made to feel bad for not booking any meals (and you've not got any meals with us"). In the morning

Awesome hotel, great location, clean and reasonably priced. Central to all activities and tour pickup spots.Paul is the most incredible house manager I have met in a while. He almost single handedly saved my marriage after our first hotel in Inverness. Paul went out of his way to help us get out of a bad, dirty, overpriced hotel that was booked with our travel agent. if not for his time and effort to work with us and find some space in the hotel, our vacation would have been ruined. I cannot thank Paul and the great food, drinks and clean room at the Premier Inn for saving our 2 week vacation in Inverness. Kudos to Paul.

Excellent location on the River Ness with Shops and Restaurants on the doorstep! We had a Premier Plus room, super spacious, well equipped and very clean. Only downside is no safe. Staff are extremely curtious and nice.This is our first Premier Inn stay and have great confidence in our other bookings.
