The house we have purchased was sold Stc before we could put an offer in but came back on the market when that sale fell through, Marvins had the insight to phone us and ask us if we were still interested, when picking up the keys with a huge smile on my face, the cherry on top was the bottle of fizz handed to me with thanks from the staff.
