First Class Post Office in Boldmere.I visit almost on a daily basis and the staff are super attentive and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have the answers if I have a query. Keep up the good work!

Great staff very friendly especially the man in front who always look good with his outfit. In addition the staff at the back tail they help every time i go there glad to have them here in boldmere

Charged a large letter fee for an A5 letter (which is small as per the dimensions stated on the Royal Mail website). I queried why it was so high and was told it was the cheapest cost for the letter (which is demonstrably false). I will be revisiting to demand a refund for the difference.

Absolutely very satisfied with the service, I went to many post office and they didn’t know how to do road tax with form V62. However when I went to boldmere post office Jitesh the man with beautiful suit helped me with my enquiries and I was very glad he did, once again thank you and appreciate your help

A stamped addressed envelope containing my passport and a renewal application was left with the person at the shop till (not at the Post Office counter) but never received by the Passport Office. It has probably been lost or stolen by the Post Office service somewhere along the line. Not happy. Have reported it. Sharing this in the hope that no-one else will suffer the same fate. Send it recorded delivery.

Jitesh and Meena and their staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly, a pleasure to use the Post and shop. Highly recommended it.
