Gordon was able to remove my car audio system after the dealership I bought the car from failed. I can now have the radio code reset. Total gentleman, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Could not have been more helpful.

Just got a new double din installed on my car. Absolutely delighted with the job. He fitted me in on a days notice and had it done in one hour. Absolute gentleman. Took a VW RNS510 bought from Ebay to Soundmaster (Gordon - who seems a decent guy) due to the good reviews for an installation but Gordon said it was faulty - CD player cutting out and no sound (although the SATNAV was working). The unit was previously in a Skoda and it was going in to a Golf GTI.I promptly returned to the Ebay seller who sent a long video to me (highlighting the serial number confirming it was the same unit) showing it all working perfectly including the CD player - it looks like it just needed coded to my car. I naively assumed Gordon would be able to code this accordingly as part of the installation but it looks from the previous review as if his laptop to do this is away being updated so maybe this is the case it was not done. If he had let me know I would have waited until his laptop was back.He charged me a very reasonable £20 for the failed installation which I was happy to pay (everyone has to make a living) but I was hoping he had the infrastructure to install and code the unit to my vehicle.

This is the worse company that i have had the unfortunate time to be done bad by. I would strongly advise you to stay clear of this rip off mob, they have left me in a worse state than when i went to the place plus they stole my original unit. I am not finished with them as i am taking legal action against them plus the police is involved now. Gordon his name is, do not go near this man, go to a place that will not make more damage and steal from you. I am going to make it my vision to get this lot sorted. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS LOT, ESPECIALY IF YOU HAVE A BMW. CROOKS.
