Single Handedly the BEST company I have ever worked for. Staff are lovely, The work load, while strenuous at times, is never too much for one person to handle, and on the one odd occasion it is, there always somebody on hand to help you out.Management are great, and fair to all employees making the atmosphere incredible, and fun.Everybody has a great sense of humour, including management, and There’s never any tension between employees.Was very well trained on the day I started and anytime I had trouble or struggled, all I had to do was ask my supervisor or a higher up and the problem was solved Instantly.Had many jobs in the past, this is the one I can see myself sticking with until retirement, EASILY!

Decades ago used Springmasters in previous life in volume procurement, so was grateful they could help out with a bespoke short run of large spring reproduced as replacement on a 1925 wind pump. Excellent service and value. Leadtime extended by CV19 and Christmas but eventually received. Grateful for the service provided.

Had them make several batches of custom springs for us over the last few years. 200 - 1000 quantities, small things. Compression, extension and wire forms. It's best to call them on the phone when placing or chasing custom orders as the email chain conversations can get confusing. Their products are always top quality and they are clearly experts in their field. Prices are reasonable, even for custom springs. I've also ordered hundreds of their catalogue of springs recently, great quality. I'd recommend them but don't treat them like Amazon.

James at Springmasters Ltd was beyond helpful with our rather unusual request for help in ascertaining which springs would work best for my 10 year old daughter's Science homework which needed springs to act as ducks legs.......I'm guessing that they do not usually get many requests for what size springs would hold up a paper mache duck but they were spot on with their suggestions. Totally recommend this company as their customer service was amazing.

An excellent, individual service providing a relatively complex part against a tight timeline. Altogether a great customer experience.

WORST company ive ever worked for. NO on site parking. NO decent training. Was there 1 week and all i done was pick 100,000 springs into boxes of 500. Then after a week was left on my own, didnt know what to do. Poor management, poor team work, poor training, worst experiance I've ever had starting a new job. Id warn ever last person to keep away! Horrific

I got in touch with James at Springmasters for a really small order but he was incredibly helpful, really fast and responsive. Despite probably being one of their smallest customers I was treated brilliantly. Defintely recommend them.

Super helpful bunch.Provided a very different sample spring in two pieces to be manufactured as one assembly by Springmasters. Got a sample within days for initial testing. Followed up with an order of 1500 which was completed within a month!Springmasters provided flexibility and knowledge for us to make a superior design. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We have used Springmasters for a number of years always been spot on! Lady's in the office are nothing but pleasant and go to no end to help out! Well done to you all! Your all a credit to Springmasters! Rose has been especially helpful with me as I have no knowledge of Springs she always takes the time to explain and help me get to the right thing! :)
