Andrea was incredibly helpful from the very start until my daughter moved out yesterday. He tailored the lease so that the girls,untol the end of their exams,weren't paying the rent for 12 months, which is usually the trick that most agents try to maximise rent.It was the first time living out along for my daughter ( she was studying locally at university) but Andrea was only a phone call away, dealing with key dramas and other issues calmly and reassuringly.The girls had a great time in the flat...the flat was clean and tidy when they moved in and Andrea was kind enough to organise a professional clean ( obviously paid for by ourselves ) which gave the girls more time to enjoy their last days at university.Would have no hesitation in recommendation Andrea and in fact i have passed on his number to a few people already.Thank you Andrea

I was looking for renting a place in central London and came across a property that was managed by KMIAI. Andrea was the agent that contacted me. He was very professional and competent, showed me around every corner of the property and answered all the questions I raised via video call. He knew I was in a hurry, so he helped me with my offer and even contacted the landlord and did the paperwork over the weekend, although unfortunately due to my personal reason I did not end up renting from KMIAI. Tbh Andrea is the most responsible property agent I ever met, and I couldn't have wished for a better agent than Andrea or a better agency than KMIAI.
