Many thanks to Sarah, Gary and the whole team at Sincerity Funerals. They took great care of my husband whilst looking after me with real sensitivity and compassion. The service itself was beautiful and exceeded all of my expectations. My guests commented on how wonderfully the day went and I would not hesitate to recommend Sincerity Funerals to anyone requiring this service.

Sarah and the staff from Sincerity Funerals looked after our son's cremation today, 21st July 2023 and I can't recommend them highly enough. The service conducted by Sarah was faultless and very compassionate. All the mourners commented on what a lovely service it was. From the moment I read online reviews, I knew that I didn't need to look anywhere else. It's the first time I've ever had to deal with the arrangement of a funeral, so I was understandably stressed! However, there was no need to be, as Sarah did an amazing job with the service of my father's cremation, and we had a lot of positive feedback from people that attended. The way she delivered was very professional, light hearted and down to earth, which is what we wanted. Nothing was too much for the team and Sarah was so understanding and patient with my mother at such a difficult time. They're such a hardworking and professional family business and I cannot recommend them enough.

I unfortunately had to arrange a funeral for my dear dad and I came across Sincerity Funerals. I have had to arrange a couple of funerals in the past and I never felt that they had a personal touch, it was just tick boxes and a money making business at such sensitive times. This was not the case with Sarah and the team, there was no pressure, it was all about what 'we' wanted and obviously all about my lovely dad. The flowers and order of service were lovely. All the staff I had contact with were considerate and caring and Sarah conducted the service beautifully, portraying a true picture of my dad. The prices were also reasonably priced in comparison to other companies. I received a lot of lovely compliments from friends and family saying what a beautiful send off it was for my dad. I would definitely recommend Sincerity Funerals.

Sarah, Beverley and the staff at Sincerity Funerals have been wonderful and supported me throughout the process of organising my Mum's funeral. From the moment I met Sarah I new my Mum would be in good hands. Sarah talked me through the whole process and Beverley was on hand to make changes at short notice.The service that Sarah lead for us was wonderful, not sad but a genuine celebration of my Mum's life. The way she included my kids in the eulogy was lovely and everyone commented how much the service really suited by Mum's personality.I will forever be in their debt for helping me through such a difficult time and I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah and her team to anyone in the future.

My family and I are lost for words really. Sarah and the team have been so kind, understanding, attentive and gone above and beyond to make my dad's funeral so special and quite simply beautiful. Serenity is not just a funeral directors, they almost become a family. We are an Indian family, a Christian family too and Sarah knew exactly what was cultural and what was religious. She made things so clear to understand. The way she looked out for our mum was wonderful. I will forever recommend Serenity. Thank you xx

I can't thank Sarah, Beverly and her wonferful staff enough. At a hard time in our lives they made the process of arranging a funeral (which i have never had to do before) very easy and simple, without any hassle at all. We chose a direct funeral for personal choices but didn't want it to feel like it was a stranger creating a family loved member like the ones seen in the TV. Sarah and her staff made us feel very comfortable and at ease and made us feel like friends and the cremation was carried out at a local crematorium that was brand new and local to us (Mercia Forrest, Easington) and not somewhere we didn't know. I personally cannot praise this company enough and would 100% recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again x

To my shame this review is long overdue.I cannot thank Sarah, Gary, Bev and the whole team at Sincerity Funerals enough for their care and kindness during the days following my Mum's passing.From the first time I spoke with Sarah (very late in the evening) I knew I had made the right decision to choose Sincerity Funerals. Sarah made the arrangements to collect my Mum which was done within the hour, albeit at almost midnight. The gentlemen who came were extremely professional and treated my Mum with the utmost respect.I met with Sarah the following day and she guided me through everything which needed to be done. I had several calls from Bev keeping me up to date with what was happening and received a warm welcome whenever I visited the premises.On the day of the funeral Sarah made us feel welcome and part of the ceremony. I thought it a lovely touch that Sarah walked in front of the hearse to the Crematorium entrance.I would highly recommend Sincerity Funerals to anyone, not only for their professionalism but also their kindness at such a difficult time.

Sarah and her team delivered excellent service from start to finish. They gave our dearest mom the send off she deserved.The chats and advice were much appreciated, nothing was too much trouble making the process as easy as possible at such a difficult time. The care and compassion shown to our family was exceptional. The whole journey was done with dignity and professionalism.This small family run business is the best we've ever come across and can 100% recommend.

Sarah and her amazing team helped with the final journey of our grandad. She took the time not only to find out who grandad was a person but what he meant to his family too. She made an experience that should’ve been extremely hard for my wife and I, having never planned a funeral before, far less stressful and anxious than we imagined it to be. She took the time and the care to look after not just our Grandad, but us too.The day of the funeral was blazing sun, as he would’ve wanted of course. It was attended by those nearest and dearest to him, each person in turn commented on what an amazing lady Sarah is, how welcome she made them feel and how well she put together the whole thing from the flowers to the eulogy in a short space of time. Considering everything was done in house, literally everything.Recommended to anyone who wants a friendly, welcoming, service that is executed with warmth, love and personal care.
