Me and baby Oney did a few weeks of online baby massage with Fiona during lockdown.The weekly sessions were lovely and added a bit of routine to our week. Oney really enjoyed the massage and it was a lovely bonding experience between us. I also enjoyed the chats and advice throughout the weeks

Fiona has a lovely, calming presence. When I was pregnant, she visited for regular reflexology treatments and they were amazing and instantly dissolved any tension in me. It was so calming and relaxing. Thanks Fiona - I can only recommend!

Fiona provided a nurturing, friendly, comfortable retreat space for me to explore my issues, and she helped me to gain some insight and direction – I left feeling a lot calmer and more focused. The morning meditation and walks in Roslin Glen were a lovely part of the experience, and the icing on the cake was her wonderful cooking!

Fiona hosted beautiful massage classes for myself and my wee one. She taught us massage through songs, my baby enjoyed every session and it left me feeling confident in continuing it at home. A lovely setting for the classes and a great way to meet fellow parents as well!
