They have provided a professional service, great communication and always willing to answer even the silliest of questions (I had a few!!). Recently moved to the area and wanted to use a local firm. Information and viewing of available spas was spot on and once ready to proceed they were really on the ball. Very impressed with delivery and setting up and even used them to prepare base and lay a patio.
