Very nice staff here and always helpful. The shop always looks like the staff care how the displays appear to their customers. I've shopped here before and will again in the future.

As I walked in I was offered a herbal tea. What a very nice touch. I purchased some Shea butter hand cream(an old favourite of mine) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . I was given information on several of their products along with a couple of samples and a vouch for 20./. Off my next purchase . I was very happy to read that this company was started to help eradicate blindness in women in development counties. I shall definitely be making more trips to L'Occitane for my beauty products.
