Totally ruined my hair. Mia left me sitting for an hour till she eventually took me over. She did not do what I asked and bleached my hair. I complained and Morag begged me to let her sort its unfortunate I did. Processed again and then she razor cut it. My hair has never been this damaged. I have been to another hairdresser who has had to cut 2 inches of hair off. I messaged Morag to let her know. I have now been blocked. Disgusting customer service.

First time I’ve ever been to ticketyboo but it won’t be my last. Becca is absolutely lovely. From walking in the salon to leaving I was made to feel very comfortable. All the staff are so friendly it’s such a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely love my hair and couldn’t recommend the place more.

I finally built up the courage to book an appointment to get my failed attempts at home bleaching corrected.Yesterday, the lovely Mia did my colour correction and I'm still blown away at how she managed to get my hair all the same colour, when it was about 4 different colours.Mia is so talented and l'm absolutely over the moon with the results, I never thought it could look as good as it does.She needs a medal and don't know how she did it.I will certainly be going back to asking for Mia to do my hair in the future.Absolutely Brilliant.

Went for Dermaplaining followed with a luxury facial that includes a neck and shoulder massage. 2 days later and I'm still feeling the effects.

Beautiful salon and so friendly! My favourite place to spend a few hours gossiping and giggling with the girls and walk out feeling gorgeous!
