A standard Aldi store, there were some empty shelves and spaces. Served quickly on this occasion at the till.

Next to a large B&Q, this Aldi seems it will be large when seen from the outside - but it is an ordinary size inside. When visited, stock levels were terrible and fresh produce was not fresh at all. Deisgn-wise, the inside of the store seems soulless... considering it seems to be a relatively new build, that is a real pity.

The security man in this branch is very strange. He was chasing us even when we left a store, and he kept watching us as we walked on the road until we left the area. Every time I entered there, I noticed this behaviour

Young Asian girl at checkout is rude, needs to learn basic customer service skills rather than trying to embarrass customers and accuse of stealing, left some items at the store on Sunday and went back today as items were suppose to be put aside (paid items) was told by staff to pick from the aisle and I can go, one item was slightly different maybe 30p more in cost and the staff said to go, lady at checkout shouted at me saying get back here in front of a busy store, felt embarrassed and asked if she knew which one it was she took the tissue from my hand and went to the aisle and shouted from a distance that we do not have it. In my mind I was uncomfortable shouting across the store so I said okay keep it I don’t want it. And proceeded to leave the store with 1 less item I paid for. First of all staff should not be shouting like this especially whilst she was serving a customer. Secondly she did not offer me an alternative or a refund or to pay the difference, I left the item and left the store. Will not return back. I spend £400 a month in this Aldi store and £5000 a year or more. Disgusting service, needs to be trained on how to deal with such matters or to not deal with this in such a manner that a customer feels embarrassed infront of other customers especially as I live in this town and know many people. Aldi store on dallow road Luton, Laport way.
