HOW REFRESHING TO COME ACROSS SOMEONE WHO IS NOT OUT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. I initially made contact to get a rough idea of how much a repair to my Indesit fridge/freezer might cost. After explaining problem (freezer working/fridge not cooling) I was told there was no point in calling out as I could fix the problem myself (by simply defrosting the unit). Advised IF this did not fix problem get back in touch. It did fix the problem and it now works fine.The guy knows his stuff, it would have been easy for him to have called out and charged a small fortune to tell me to defrost the unit.If I have any problems in the future this is the number I will be calling.

Very prompt service. Terry was knowledgable and took time to explain the problem. He was very open about possible solutions, the best option being to replace my appliance. Consequently, he charged the minimum call out fee which I was very happy to pay. I would definitely recommend him.
