Terrible , 111 advised me to go, as my vision was blurry, eyelid impressively swollen and streaming . slightly red and agony. wasted over an hour to have a nurse glance at my eye and say IF you need to go to your opticians

A BIG SHOUT OUT to the Theatre Staff at the Royal Eye Infirmary at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. Yesterday I had my cataract in my right eye removed and replaced with a new lens. From the time I stepped through the doors to the reception to my discharge through the doors at the opposite end of the building I was dealt with in very professional way by all the staff, from the reception staff the Triage staff the Anaesthetic staff and the Theatre staff. At all areas of my appointment I was told exactly what was going to happen, thereby putting me at ease. Here's to my next appointment to complete my journey to my visual health.

The care I received was excellent. The doctor was very thorough, he was very caring. The lady doctor was also very nice and explained things simply. The nurses were lovely.

Amazing staff. Had emergency eye surgery earlier in the year. Now been discharged and they have saved the sight in my left eye. Dr/mr Ansa and his team I owe you so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
