Noteworthy only for being exceptionally unremarkable, or rather, remarkably unexceptional. It stands out only for being mundane. A shining example of a lackluster shoe shopping experience. Nothing to write home about. Sadly

Very hot inside, not good.

Shop is good, you can find a lot of shoes with a good price. The sad thing is that I was waiting like for 10 minutes for worker that could serve me. I saw 2 maybe 3 employees for whole shop and many people come there.

Staff standing around doing nothing, no offer of help.Shelves were thick with dust and fluff, obviously not cleaned in a long time.

Plenty of people in the store and only 1 sales person, same person even for the cashier.Poor lady at the store that she doesn't get more people hire to help her.

went in on a quiet thursday afternoon and was not seen to unless asking unwilling staff for help. younger girl with ‘R’ necklace was especially rude and gave snappy responses to simple questions. however, the blonde man at the till was polite and engaged in conversation

Rude staff. Had no size 4, 5 or 6 in a couple of converses, in any colour. So hot in there too

Really good service, staff were very helpful. Even though the shop were busy they came and attended us and gave us the correct sizes and good advice. Feel like the reviews here doesn’t reflect the service since people tend to leave a reviews only when they have a complaint not an appreciation . But honestly say I had a good experience shopping there! Loving my new shoes.Thanks for Robin and the other lovely lady who served me which I forgot to ask the name.

Went in with a friend and we both agreed customer service was disappointing. Staff made little effort and walked away whilst in the middle of a conversation and I prefer not to shout across the shop.

My wife and I went here to return a pair of shoes and buy another pair. We have purchased quite a few pairs from Office. We joined the queue at the desk. A young man was serving and when he finished with the customer in front of us he walked out of the till bay and went to a young lady standing behind us and asked her if he could help her, totally ignoring us. When I asked him if we were invisible and why we were being ignored he said he was sorry but he didn't see us standing there. Now I'm 6.1 dressed all in black in a brightly lit store. He then said that he can't do returns as only a manager can do returns. At no point did we tell him our purpose for being there and he could not have seen our bag from the till bay. We pointed this out to him as he sheepishly returned to the till bay still apologizing and asked how he could help. He then processed our return without asking for a manager. Admittedly my reaction to his treatment was loud and I used a mild expletive which caused the shop floor to go momentarily quiet. I apologized to the young lady behind us as she looked very alarmed but I cannot stand by and allow myself or my wife to be treated in this manner. As people of colour we can sense when we are being treated poorly because of the colour of our skin. This is unacceptable behaviour and it should not be happening in 2023.
