I came into the store looking for the advent calendar and Phoebe, served me, she was amazing in helping me and explaining the membership options, then when my advent calendar didn’t fit into the bag, the other lovely lady (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) gave me one of her own bags to take it home in so it didn’t get wet, outstanding customer service.
