Had 3 doors replaced today.The two guys who came round were friendly and polite. worked hard all day.They've done an excellent job, cleaned up, rendered and made good where necessary.In fact the whole experience with Homestyle has been excellent.From the initial visit and quotation which was very competitive without any hard sell techniques, to the follow up visit from the surveyor and finally the installation, I have nothing but praise.I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Homestyle replaced all our windows 9 years ago, in 2018 they replaced a blown window. But now have ten blown windows four of which are water covering the unit. Looking at the guarantee we are only covered for five years.So my advice to anyone is find another company with a better guarantee.I now have to pay for replacing most if not all 20 sealed units!!!!

Shocking customer service. They supplied and fitted patio doors and windows and, having scratched the door and tried to remedy it they denied being responsible, then all the fire escape windows with flying mullions catch but do not lock on the night vent and open when leant on. Homestyle do not seem to care.

definitely the cheapest around and they did an ok job with no sales pressure (which is what set them apart from all the other people we called who just didn't let up with the calls and trying to get us to commit to stuff we didn't need) but we had to get them back a few times to fix bits they messed up.

I have no experience of the work this company does when fitting doors etc but i feel i have to comment on their sales techniques. First i had a cold call to ask a few questions that lasted 20 minutes before i lost patience. The questions were general and a long the lines of if you had the money what improvements would you do with multiple choice answers. This was followed up by a call the next day saying i was interested in replacing doors. I was not and they also had my name and address wrong. I listened and said that maybe i would be interested in a quote but was going away. The house is jointly owned so i had to have a time both of us wrte there. I then decided it was too much to bother with as it would not be a real viable possibility but the salesman kept pushing. He tried to make an appointment there and then but i had to agree then cancel. I went away and my mum says she received constant calls this week chasing. She made it clear we were not intetested. This morning having arrived home last night another call. This time accusing me of being unfair and dishonest. I said i didnt want a quote and was not happy with the number of calls. The salesman could not accept this as there was no obligation. I feel strongly that this type of cold calling is unacceptable practice and i wonder if he would have more easily accepted a no from a man rather than an 80 year old lady and her widowed daughter.
