Devastated - they ruined a £350 cashmere jumper and refused to even refund me the £8 it cost to clean it. Use Angelz Dry Cleaners round the corner instead, they dry clean in-house rather than sending it out to a big warehouse.

Before to visit I was worried about service but it was a good experience and I do recommend it

They are playing games, trying to push down my throat a more advanced cleaning service instead of the basic one I requested, agreed on with them, and paid for. On top of this, they keep coming up with excuses when the time comes for them to give me back my clothing items. I already wasted my time twice, popping into their shop only to hear one more excuse and face one more delay.I will never again use their services, and would encourage anyone who values their own time and a serious service to go anywhere else, thankfully there are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area.

Unprofessional, Bad Service - Staff don't know how to communicate, and barely speak English

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DISHONEST, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES - STAINED MY BEIGE TROUSERS, AND TOOK 3 WEEKS TO TELL ME THEY CAN'T REMOVE THE STAINS. A Garment Cleaning Company who can't remove stains!!!!I had my Brand New trouser altered at this place, still had the tags on them. I double, tripple, checked before handing the trousers in.I go to collect them take them home to wear for a wedding, I discover, two marks which look like pen marks.I take it back to them, one of the staff, confirms it looks like the tailor must have done this, and tells me she will have them cleaned. But it will take about a week, I go back in a week the marks are still there, this time the tailor is there denying all responsibility (obviously he would) and saying the stains were there but, apparently he forgot to point it out. Common sense dictates to point it out. He also tells me he is the manager of the shop, and the two women at the shop confirm, but when I speak to the owner, he tells me something different.Anyways fast forward 2 to 3 weeks later, after various visits to the shop I get to speak to the owner - unsympathetic, says he agrees with the tailor and tells me they can't remove the stains, the irony - a garment cleaning company can't remove stains.I have now collected my trousers with stains on it as the Owner refuses to do anything else, and tells me he has more important things to do.Avoid - there are so many other dry cleaners around the area

I used their services for over 4 years. ~4 shirts per week, almost 1000 shirts. excellent service. It is crazy what kind of bad service you get elsewhere.
