Where do I begin, honestly by far the best shopping experience and customer service team we’ve ever worked with. The range of pieces, designs and fabrics were stunning. Really catered to our price range. Fatimah went above and beyond and catered to each one us bridesmaids and our preferences making sure we were happy and listened to throughout the day. Never liaised with such a friendly and comforting person in our search for the perfect dress before. Perfect personalised opportunity with expertise advice. 10/10 would definitely recommend, and will definitely be making future trips for other events.

Excellent customer service. All the workers are friendly, polite and very well informed about the products they sell. They gave great ideas on how to style different outfits too.I also loved that they didn't go for the 'hard sell' to make me feel pressured into buying anything.Great variety in choice of outfits and styles. Will definitely be visiting again!

I had the best once in a lifetime kind of experience at Mika. The team treated me with so much kindness and compassion and made me feel so comfortable. They saw me as a human being, not just a customer who they can sell an outfit to. They really listened to me and allowed me to think and create the bridal dress of my dreams. My first visit to Mika from several recommendations and I wasn't disappointed, the moment I walked into the shop felt welcome and well looked after by Fatima, who really gave me the time and care in giving me the best experience, she will make sure that your needs are met.I placed my order knowing that it will arrive on time, it actually arrived a week early and Fatima went above and beyond in getting it shipped out to me.I am very pleased with my gown, it is exactly how I ordered it, it's absolutely gorgeous.Thank you so much Fatima and to team Mika Couture.❤️

I had a great experience coming into the store.The lady who helped me out was really lovely and helpful.I was pleasantly surprised with her styling suggestions.I'm excited to wear the outfit we put together for my cousin's wedding, inshallah.Would definitely come back and would recommend House of Mika to friends and family ☺

We had a wonderful experience with Mika. We booked an online consultation, placed an order remotely and the dresses arrived in time for our event. Communication was kept open and very responsive to any questions we asked.We are based in London and have never visited the boutique... we're hoping to one day.We ordered 5 gowns and the fitting was pretty much spot on considering we have never been in the boutique. Also recommended to a friend who also had a great experience.

I ordered 2 kurtas during the sale and both arrived today. Love them both! The quality of the material and fit of the dresses are perfect.The service provided by House Of Mika was excellent and I would definitely recommend everyone to purchase outfits from here.
